Summary of one-stage coal gasification boilers  :

      All fuel of industry has at present mainly: Solid fuel, three kinds of liquid fuel and gas fuel. The developing trend comes from the international; gas fuel application is more and more broad.

     Be called a coal gas like gas fuel. Come to divide of according to whose mode of production, can be natural coal gas and imitation coal gas two major kinds mark. in natural coal gas, have the gas well gas, shaft gas, petroleum gas mainly in imitation coal gas.

      The producer gas product also belongs to solid fuel(coal or coke)one kind of hot working process process gasifying, is a tier with oxygen or the oxygen compound (steam, the carbon dioxide)pass the high temperature solid fuel (coal, coke),the organic matter(air, water steam)getting beta-oxidation among them is called the gasification agent,generates the commixture gas contain hydrogen,carbon monoxide and methane etc. Being called a coal gas.

According to gasification agent, coal gas has divided into the following three types: 

1.air gas:air gasification agent 

2.Water gas: steam as gasification agent 

3.The mixed gas:air and water vapor as the gasifying agent

           Our plant have designed and manufactured gas furnace,mainly produced the single-stage furnace based on the mixed air included air and steam,owing to our gasification furnace principle, simple in design, low investment, safe and easy to use, easy operation and maintenance, connivent  handle, it is more suitable for medium and small factories.

         For all types of metal heat treatment furnaces, ceramic kilns, aluminum melting furnace, copper refining furnace, forge, forging furnace, metalwork furnace, hot-dip galvanizing furnace, oven, glass industry, the chemical industry, ceramic industry, cable and other supporting industries to provide a gaseous fuel.

 

QM -type gas furnace use: 

1. Mechanical Industry: heat treatment furnace, including: high manganese steel hardening furnace, annealing furnace, furnace, aging furnace, mold shell baking furnace, forging furnace. 

2.Non-ferrous metal industry: aluminum melting furnace, melting copper stove, magnesium smelting furnace. 

3.the building materials industry : building ceramics , sanitary ceramics . 

4.Silicate industry: glass, porcelain and ceramics, grinding wheel refractories. 

5.Boiler : a variety of hot water boiler, steam boiler furnace gas as fuel , not directly burn coal , reduce pollution, energy saving and environmental protection . 

6.Chemical industry : chemical products drying , calcination. 

7.Non - metallic industry : mineral aggregate drying, calcination. 

8.The plantation sector : vegetable greenhouses , flowers, greenhouses heating . 

9.Other industries: food dehydration, drying.

b : more than 70% of the electric furnace to reduce costs

c: costs 60% lower than the oil furnace
