Two-stage coal gasifier produces gas by burning coal. It has two gas outlets, ie, upper gas outlet and lower gas outlet. Upper gas contains no tar,dust of which can be cleaned by cyclone dust collector. All the gas produced are cooled indirectly and the waste water is condensed liquid sewage, which reduced the disposing amount of waste water containing oil and phenol. Waste water and tar are stored in steel containers to prevent harmful substances from evaporating or leaking. Waste water can be disposed by combustion.

The technical advantages of two stage coal gasifier:

1. Our gasifier adopt the sets of four sets of coal adding valve with double drum valve, and automatic control to add coal consumption.

2. The gas in the furnace bottom are extracted by the a number of refractory channels,which will be adjusted combustion of the hearth surface by the gas control valve in the bottom of furnace.

3. The gas in the bottom of furnace will be extracted through the central tubes, that have some functions as followed;

   a. It it composed with the surrounding refractory channel for founding the dried distillation heating space, there are two layers of the annular ring radiant heat source, inner layer and outside layer,.

   b. It and the refractory are composed to surrounding refractory channel,and avoid the problem of central black hole in domestic market, which can easily adjust the furnace combustion.

4. Water jacket are the pressure vessel,and extend the life and produce the enough steam to meet the needs of each production.

5. This device uses a high ash basin of water seal,high gasification pressure running,and the discharging system adopt the double gray knife out of the ashes, but the ash evenly,unbiased ash phenomenon,a high degree furnace gasification,gas production,gas quality stability,and high calorific.

6. It adopt the waste recovery processes, cooling gas, and produce steam, meanwhile, it can consumpt the part of phenol consumption, energy saving and environmental protection
7. Grate adopt hydraulic system to drive ash handing and coal, in order to achieve automatic control.
